We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $25. Shipping charges for orders under $35 are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
All products are designed, manufactured, and packaged in Utah by RKR Customs.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Custom orders may require additional production time.
Shipping Methods
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. While we work hard to ship orders promptly, RKR Customs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. RKR Customs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine the best solution.
